Business & commercial purpose only
Ascend Capital Finance provides short-term financing for business and commercial purposes only. We do not offer consumer, personal, family, household-purpose, or owner-occupied residential loans. All financing is secured by non-owner-occupied commercial or investment real estate.

State licensing
Loan products and availability vary by state and are offered only where Ascend Capital Finance is authorized to do so. Licensing information is available upon request.
Fair lending & equal opportunity

We do not discriminate against any applicant on any basis prohibited by the federal Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA) or applicable state law, including race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, age (provided the applicant has the capacity to contract), or because all or part of the applicant’s income derives from a public assistance program.
California commercial financing disclosures
For certain commercial financing transactions, California law may require providers to deliver standardized cost disclosures at or before consummation. Where applicable, Ascend Capital Finance provides these disclosures in accordance with the California Commercial Financing Disclosure regulations administered by the DFPI.
